Participants learned how to build a glove-like wearable interface that uses sensors to modify sound in real time, translating gesture and motion directly into audio transformation.

In this workshop, children from Târgu Lăpuș, Maramureș learned how to build two types of microphones, EMF and contact Microphones. By collecting hidden and overlooked sounds from their surroundings, participants later composed a collective audio piece, transforming the subStejar location into a collaborative audio piece.

Participants built DIY microphones together with preamps and explored recording techniques, later composing textures and rhythms in Ableton Live.

A hands-on workshop where participants soldered and assembled electromagnetic microphones, then used them to capture electromagnetic rhythms in the gallery space.
This workshop later evolved into a series across Romania, where participants from different cities learned how to build microphones and explore local soundscapes.
